In 2017, Triple A Restaurant Group opened the first West Texas Chophouse in El Paso. Since then, what began as a single steakhouse has grown into a portfolio of four distinct brands: West Texas Chophouse, Famous Dave’s BBQ, Café Central, and Serve.

Today, Triple A Restaurant Group proudly operates 16 locations across Texas, Nevada, and Arizona, with a continued commitment to delivering exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and memorable experiences for every guest.
